I have been in sales since 1985 starting out as owner of a janitorial supply company which evolved into an office supply company then further evolved into a computer/computer supply company. Of course selling the product was one aspect of my work, I was heavily involved in negotiating prices with the suppliers in order to give my customers the best deals possible. In 2002 while playing/coaching a softball team I met the owner of a real estate firm. The firm’s owner told me that I absolutely had to get into real estate. Within a week I was a licensed Real Estate agent. I went on to become top buyer’s agent, top selling agent, top listing agent and multi-million dollar producer multiple times. In the middle of the real estate bust I quickly transitioned to a foreclosure and short sale expert and was working and closing short sales before the majority of other agents ever heard of short sales. Now that everyone does short sales I have shifted my emphasis to listing resale properties for home owners and financial institutions. Not one to just sit in the office, I enjoy working the areas surrounding Pensacola listing resale, foreclosed & short sale properties. I gladly work with buyers who are pre approved with a lender or are cash buyers. Despite any of my achievements, I know the source of all my blessings.
”Everything good comes from God. Every perfect gift is from him. These good gifts come down from the Father who made all the lights in the sky. But God never changes like the shadows from those lights. He is always the same.” James 1:17
